Sapphire blue sleeveless bodycon dress. Has neck band with metal back closures, open back, and zipper. Silver decorative chains on top front of dress. Thick, polyester/spandex curve hugging material. Hem is unfinished, can easily be cut to shorten if desired. Measurements shown in pics. Excellent used condition.
