odieroadrunner Hi; what is it that’s “orange speckled?” And is that some staining on the bloomers? Thanks.

rickyratcoonie It's hard to see in the pictures but all of the white fabric on the dress and on the hat has orange speckles. They are easier to see on the bloomers than on the rest of the outfit. I don't know if this is staining or if it's part of the design for the uniform.
