@dsm2690 so from shoulder would it add 1.5 -2 inches. Or does it have a hem of those inches to take down. I need at least 34 inch length.

@gmeenaghan See... this is why I suck at measuring LOL! When I go from the top of the shoulder seam to the bottom it is 35 inches.
