g_edmonson Based on reading these comments I’m not the first purchaser who then wondered what happened when it came time to ship. I responded to *your* offer, so not sure what happened. If it was sold twice due to cross-posting, fine. You do need to let me know though, please. I purchased O by Everlane sneakers on Halloween. Thanks. FYI I messaged twice earlier (both since the sale) when shipping was delayed and never heard back. Not sure whose plate that falls on between you and your assistant but might be a good thing to clear up so you don’t have orders cancelled. Seems from the comments this has happened before. 🤔

philmclendon34 Read through the comments b4 doing business w Jessica! She seems to have a pattern of poor customer service. I found a shirt I loved in her closet. & I've been trying for a week to get measurements, details, ANY kind of response from her. Her activity status shows she's active daily on here. She just chooses to ignore her potential customers. It's not good business. If you don't need any details, measurements, or customer service, maybe she will be right for you. But for me, nope!
