New without tags. Hand made. Real turkey feathers. Very good condition. I did show him pictures that the tip of one of the feathers had broken off. Also, the Reese weight is a little disproportion so it does tend to lean to does side with the succulents but can be adjusted. Wicker Frame. Hand-woven Center. Would be cute for a little boy's room.
