FAB! Silky satin feel, ruched up the sides with a tuxedo stripe up the sides, and zippers at the bottom for flare.over boots. They zip up the back and have a snap tab inside. Fabric is 93% Cotton and 7% Elastine. They feel like satin with a stretch. The hem of both sides needs to be stitched. Very simple job. Approximate Measurements: Waist = 30" Inseam = 36" Rise = 8"
