BRAND NEW WITH TAGS retro style polka dot midi dress. The fabric has a hint of shine in a creamy brown and white and the bow that gathers at the waist can be tied into a pretty bow ( plenary of length to fit many sizes) or can be taken off and won more as a shift style. It is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It measures 24” from armpit to armpit and is 42” in length. Size 3X.
