NWT Retro Colorful Inspired Wrap Dress size M

This is a NWT fun dress.The skirt has a colorful and abstract design with blues, reds, oranges and greens on a black background. The top is a black wrap design. This creates a nice V shape for your neck. Measurements for the flat garment: underarm to underarm 16", waist 14", length 39.5" . The dress is 95% cotton and 5% Spandex so it has some stretch.
