NWOT Charcoal Gray and ivory pin striped, off the shoulder romper with elastic waste and tie. Never worn bought for a brunch. This has about a 3" inseam but the scalloped edges around the edge and makes it look a little bit longer so suitable for a lot of events! Debated keeping it for myself but I thought I would share😊
