maryyyx0x0 @_joxclxca_ Hi, I just measured it, and when laying flat: Waist: 11 inches, but it's pretty stretchy Length: 14 inches I'm 5'3 & my waist is 24 inches, and it fits me perfect. Hope that helps! :)
