Innika Choo Nev Erontym Convertible Dress / Skirt

NWOT - new and only tried on. Size 2. I am a large and it fits me well comfortably because it's highly adjustable. 100% chambray linen with 100% cotton lining. First photo shows the designer herself wearing this same style but with blue embroidered flowers instead of white like this dress. Top elastic stretches up to 27" lying flat and the length is 34" from this top elastic to the bottom hem, not including the straps. Will be longer when worn as a dress/tie straps are adjustable.
