Wet Seal shiny skirt in chocolate brown with asymmetrical ribbon detail. Waist measures 14 inches lying flat, length about 22 inches. Marked size 0 but would comfortably fit a small. Material is 94% polyester 6% spandex. Beautiful sheen, satin look. No lining, machine wash, tumble dry low.
