Handmade. This has a similar feel to a 1940s dress I own with a metal zipper so I'm guessing with either 40s or 50s on this one. It's a great shape for it's age. Very flattering cut. No belt included. One belt loop is loose. Also the seams are starting to pull on the sleeves. Can be worn fine as is but will need a fix in the near future. See pics. Sold as is. Measurements taken flat Pit to pit: 18 Waist: 12 Length: 44 This dress has no stretch.
