Vintage Cloisonné and Rose quartz necklace, Valentine

I purchased this necklace at a fundraiser. I absolutely love it but am downsizing. I don’t pretend to know everything about jewelry. I was told it rose quartz hand tied. It has beautiful hand painted cloisonné. The feel of this piece is lovely. Weighted but smooth and cool to the touch. Non smoking home. In total it’s about 30”. No clasp but easily fits over the head. Closet
