GUC Italian leather and wool ankle booties 36

Rare finding, please see all the pictures. Were bought in a thrift store but not my size. Apparently were professionally altered with LV soles. Leather is buttery soft and with no damage, wool is clean. Some wear on the heels as pictured. I don't believe is a replica, someone is selling this same model in other listing.
