It has a puffy sleeve at the shoulder, but it's not overly dramatic. Ruffled frilly shirt collar. Very 70s Still in great condition, no flaws to note. Tags are a bit faded but I can make out it's acotton-polyester blend, labeled size 16 It's about a modern size L Pit to pit is roughly 20.5"
