Vintage Spell. Great collector's piece. Price firm. For some reason Spell called this color red but it is more orange with fuchsia/ red, purple, pink yellow, green and white colors. Trimmed with cream/ ivory lace, drawstring and tassels. Sz medium. Measures 15" waist, 18" at full stretch, 20.5" hips, 13.5" rise and including ruffle almost 3" inseam.
