Forever 21 Floral Dress Small

Free flowing, summer dress. Polka dot and orange floral detailing. Structured panel for a slim waist. Low V neck line and ruffled sleeves. Elegant fabric covered button detailing. Very new condition. Only worn twice! 100% rayón. This dress is very lightweight. The waist is slimming but the shoulders can be loose if your shoulders are on the smaller side. This would look great with sandals or even white tennis shoes!
