Such a cute dress by BCBG. Sz Small. Drop waist has elastic to hike up and have the fold over waist look. I used to wear this with a low side belt and it looked adorable! (Belt pict. Not included) Also love the colors! 3/4 sleeve with cute peep hole opening. I used this dress lovingly and gently so there is slight piling throughout but doesn't affect the beauty of the dress! I was never really a small so this fits great on a medium as well.
