Stunning! Black and red blooms pencil dress

Black and gorgeous floral blooms pencil cocktail dress. It says size Large but it came from overseas and fits like a small. Zip up the back, small slit at back bottom hem. Another one of my closet faves that I grew out of! Perfect for garden parties, it’s nice and light so great for summer wear. Unlined, no washing tags but it appears to be polyester. Measurements (from laid flat): Bust 15 3/4 inches Waist 14 inches Hips 16 1/4 inches Length (from shoulder to hemline) 36 1/4 inches
