shopaholicforu @caro2102 on the Ted Baker chart it says a size 1 is a US size 4 or a 26inch waist. I'm between a a 25 inch waist and a 26 but it seems like it hugs a bit tight. I also have had 3 babies so my belly isn't perfectly flat like it used to be. hope this helps!!! :) The skirt is beautiful really wish it fit, now I'm just trying to recover what I paid for it which was an amazing price.
