Great fabrication blend with cotton, poly, and spandex. Fun tie detail at waistline. Measurement from waist to paint suit hem approximately 40”. Slight flutter sleeve. Soft, easy-flowing fabric. Large, key hole opening in back with pretty soft green iridescent buttons. Great transitional piece.
