Δ. ΣΕΒΑΣΤΑΚΗΣ black suede wedges w/embroidered toe

Artisan Greek black suede wedge heel shoes with embroidered almond toe. Runs narrow. Shoe is European 4 but also says size 7. I would go with 4 or European Size 6 with 2 “ heel. Look at pics. Barely worn.
