okrewzo Hello! Are all the zippers functional? Are there any rips, stains, loose stitching on the inside and outside of the bag? Is there any crackling on the shoulder strap or the bag itself? How many holes are on the shoulder strap to adjust the length?

ruthys_closet @okrewzo Thanks for your patience. There are no rips, tears, etc. There are a few creases on the back of the bag, as shown in the pictures. All zippers work and there is no cracking. Also there are 5 holes on the strap for adjusting. Thanks for looking!!
