Navy cutout fit and flare dress

This dress got so many compliments when I wore it to a wedding. It is so unique with the cutouts and beading on the top half. It’s fit and flare shape is so flattering. I felt comfortable all night. It is a thicker navy blue material with an attached cream layer underneath. It is a size medium but I would say the fit runs small. Feels like xs-s. I live in a smoke free, pet free home. One bead just needs to be tightened (see last picture)
