Jones New York new long knit skirt

Beautiful and soft all cotton knit skirt. I have it pinned on my mannequin because it was bigger than her waist so you can get an idea of length, etc. This is new but tags have been removed. Can be worn as a strapless dress or as a long skirt. Waist is fully elastic. Measurements: 28" waist unstretched 39" long with split seam
