Forever 21 floral rose high shorts

Forever 21 floral high rise shorts. Dark blue and brown. Has a zipper and pockets. The belt is missing which is why price is reduced. Super soft and silky shorts. I am a 26 inch waist and these would fit more of a 27-28. I hope these go to a good home!
