Forever 21 Off-the-shoulder Button-down Blouse

Rose pink top from Forever 21 with lace detailing. Elastic along neckline and at wrists of 3/4 length sleeves. Slightly cropped. Dark gold buttons in the front. Meant to be an off-the-shoulder top, but could be worn on shoulders as well; I have worn this to work before! Made in China. Light, gauzy material perfect for summer.
