THIS Jean jacket was one of the coolest things I owned in the 80s. And now it’s vintage cool again. Made by Vertigo Paris, it was expensive at the time. A button was replaced on the sleeve, which I forgot about. I have attached a more similar looking button in case the buyer wants both. Some tiny stains on front but not unusual considering age.The C can stand for “I beat Coronavirus!” A medium but a large-medium because everything was big & boxy then.Perforated sleeves! Photo is 1987 in London.

cincitycindiego @missstrudel Thanks! I can't believe no one has loved this yet like you!! I will send you a private offer. I wore this jacket to DEATH in 1987. I would love it to go to someone who appreciates it as much as I loved it once. :)

cincitycindiego @missstrudel The context of me looking like a typical annoyed teenager with someone in my family taking this photo cracks me up. "Cameras" were treated with disdain and an annoyance back then...not met with a pose like you were a supermodel. Who wanted to waste FILM if it wasn't a great photo? The rolled up pants too...oy! It was a look for sure. But jacket still holds up.

cincitycindiego @amyroseb Amy, thank you. Much appreciated. It was a favorite piece of fashion for me as a teenager. Why I held on to it for so long. But there comes a time when you realize that if you haven't worn it since 1988, then it's highly likely you are not going to wear it again. :) So, time for someone else to appreciate it as much as I held on to it for. I see you like some other items in my closet. I will make you a bundle. Thanks! Cindy

cincitycindiego @outfitoverload Thanks for appreciating the 80’s hipness of it. Always reminded me of something Molly Ringwald might wear with a floral skirt in a John Hughes’ movie circa 87. Which is when it’s from. It’s very oversized, which makes it a narrow audience for today. But I don’t wear any more, so someone should enjoy it now. Thanks!! Cindy

outfitoverload @cincitycindiego the oversized is actually back in full force but you might have better luck on a different platform because this is definitely for a younger edgier profile.

cincitycindiego @outfitoverload It’s hard for me to keep up as a “boomer” these days. Ha! Thanks for the advice. And thanks for sharing!! Cindy
