PLT dress. NWOT. Never worn just tried on. Very form fitting size 0 but I’m a size 2 and it fits ok. Has a cowl neck line. About 32” long, fits a few inches under my knees and I’m 5ft. Stripes on the dress are velour material. Last picture is a slightly different dress but very similar to the actual fit.
