Hi Shari, I wanted to thank you for the exquisite wrapping and packaging of the gorgeous jeans that just arrived: it was so lovely and perfect with all of the darling Christmas and holiday stickers, ribbons, and colorful paper. I have a question and am not sure how to handle it: I'm a 36" waist person who needs a long inseam like 33 or 34" - however, these beautiful jeans are 36 Wide rather than 36 T, so they won't fit me. Is there a way to exchange them for a proper size for me? Catherine

The printed package label does say 36 T and the inseam is a true 34", but usually that number 36 means the total waist circumference, where these are more like 72 inches. Do you have a pair in that great color in my true size, which is basically a 14 Tall? I own several pair of Woman Within jeans and they are great and wear very well! I'll start the return and if you can let me know, I'd love to purchase them soon - no rush. Thank you, Catherine

Shari, I submitted a request for return to POSHMARK with this language: "Item is beautiful, but the wrong size. The fabric label inside the jeans says 36 W TALL, but the actual measurement of the waist is over 60 inches. The printed clear plastic package label FROM THE COMPANY with the barcode says 36T and is clearly way off. It was NOT SHARI the vendor's mistake in any way. Would like to return and purchase correct size later. No big deal. Thank you, Catherine" Let's wait and see!

P.S. Your family photo is adorable and I do appreciate your patience with my questions. It seems like the manufacturer labeled it in at least two different ways, none of which matched the actual jeans, so it was confusing to figure it out!
