Mavi Jeans Denim Blazer

Hard to find - Shapely, slim fit, dark, denim like, one-button blazer.... jacket for a dressy / professional occasion.... This would be perfect. Jacket does not give a size. Must go by measurements which are approximately : Collar to bottom hem =21", shoulder to shoulder=15", , armpit to arm pit 17, waist=15", hips=17. Please see photos for a clear visual description.
