Lovely Apt. 9 skirt! Black with white and green flowers & vines. Pleated at the hips so it has a bit of flare to it... very feminine! Has a full black liner underneath so it’s not see through. One little tag says remove belt before washing, but it never had a belt and no belt loops, so I’m not sure about that lol. Otherwise it’s in Great, gently used condition!
