kas0211 @sdastgerdi82 hi! The brownish part below the bust is above the waist. There is no stretch to the fabric. The brown material is 12.5” laid flat let me know if you need more info. Thanks!

kas0211 @slinky417 the measurements are all of the dress being laid flat. Also there is no stretch to this material. From top of shoulder to bottom hem is roughly 59”-60”. Bust: 14” The rest of the dress is flowy. I measured the bottom layer around where my hips/butt would be and it’s roughly 20”. If you would like a measurement that I haven’t provided, please ask all the questions you have! I’m sure I am biased a bit, but this dress is GORGEOUS! I only wore it once and I still remember that night 🥰.
