Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent swimsuit coverup

This swimsuit cover is in good condition. In some of the photos I tried to capture the runs in the bottom half. The runs are only noticeable by close inspection. The rest of the fabric is in excellent shape and has great integrity. The care, size and material tag has been cut out. The approximate measurements are- bust across is 16” and elastic waistline across is 11”- 16”.
