I see that it has been put into the dishwasher, can’t do that with pewter, it ruins it, just heads up! Pretty piece!

@blair1969 it was actually used for plants. Have had for decades and with much use and moves all over the place. it's a wonderful sturdy heavy piece and has been a treasure for so many years just have too much and need to part with things which is so hard to do. @pookieone you know it’s funny I have the same one that I use but I use it for trinkets and jewelry and things like that and it’s oh well just like yours except it doesn’t have the scalloped edges, and I know how it is to get rid of things it’s hard to part!
