allyrio @vabekenova let me check Usually shoes are about 4 inches across at the ball of the foot that would be a regular size if they run narrow they would be smaller than that so let me give a measurement to you in a moment I will take a picture and so you can see it

allyrio @vabekenova Please check out the pictures the sneaker is approximately 3 1/2 inches at the ball of the foot that is almost a normal size and the heel shoes about 3 inches at the ball of the foot they are both approximately the same size shoe seven so as you can see these may run a little narrow I’m actually trying them on at the moment and they fit me quite well I am a normal size 7 and they fit me even on the sides I am a regular size 7 so I would say they run normal for a heel
