helena90275 @ctiana7 waist measurement for XS is 13 1/2”, for S is a tiny bit less than 14. Hip measurement for XS is about 20” (shorts is loose fit with fabric pulled to the maximum) and S is 21”.

helena90275 @ctiana7 this one is does not have an elastic waistband. The does stretch a tiny bit but I wouldn’t count it as stretchable.
