Blue paisley print Candies brand dress

This dress is a beautiful blue paisley print with small touches of black lace at the ends of the sleeves. Criss cross in the front with the area right below cinched in for flattering fit. Lands mid thigh for me, I’m 5’4”. Size medium, worn once.
