hollywoodheidi @dylcas02 the thing with this outfit is you can make the top any size you want because it ties at the neck and ties at the back. The short part of it are blousy and it has an elastic waist so it can expand easily.

hollywoodheidi @dylcas02 laying flat without pulling on the elastic at 17“, stretching the elastic, you can stretch it out to 20 inches. Hope that helps.

dylcas02 @hollywoodheidi fit right either huge or tiny and I certainly don't have the money to keep gambling so this is the closest I've gotten to what I need for waist and I know you said I can control the top I just want to make sure there's enough to control LOL yet though now when you wear the outfit together how much of your stomach shows and the shorts go over your belly button are they high-rise?

hollywoodheidi @dylcas02 the shorts go around my waist. And depending how long your torso is is how far it would be. The band around the top that you tie in back goes right beneath your breast.

hollywoodheidi The tie that goes around the top is 49 inches long. The top portion on the halter part is about 8 inches wide, but it has plats to make a little bit of a cup also. Hope that helps too.

hollywoodheidi The waist is elastic lane flat it is 15 inches, stretches out 19 inches. Between the halter top and the skirt the band is Lane flat 9 inches, stretched out it is about 11 inches. Part.3977 is about 15 1/2 inches across the top with an elastic band to stretch it out even further
