For example, if you were more of an XS or S, with a lithe build, and on the shorter side, you could absolutely rock this as a dress! With confidence, the right undergarments, and accessories, you can wear just about anything as a dress ✨ Who needs expensive vinyl when you've got killer kicks, a trash bag, and duct tape?! lol

Chilly Goddess Glammin' it: a slip beneath it that stops just above the hem, thigh high socks/stockings and ankle or knee high boots.
