Diamond promise ring; Kay jewelers

This ring has not been worn since 2010. It was last cleaned in 2014 when I found it again. It is size 8 barely worn. I forgot about it and tucked it away and now realized maybe someone else could use it. 1/15 ct round cut sterling silver. I listed this years ago but never sold it, I don’t know why it’s still listed.
