@debwine56 hi thank you! 🤗 I actually do have a question! I got two sales. The first one went fine, the second one the post office didn’t scan my package so it looks like I never dropped it off. They said it might take a few days because of high volume. But that will affect my ship average and also I’m not covered on PM if it’s not scanned. Any advice?

@lmjohnson189 I don’t know if there’s anything you can do about this particular transaction, but my recommendation for future shipping is to give it to a clerk and get a receipt. Yes you have to stand in line & it takes a bit longer, but I always do that without fail & have never had one issue. Plus if for some reason there was you have proof of the date and time you shipped it. Hopefully it will start tracking soon & you won’t have a problem! 🤞🏻
