Black Velvet Boots by Forever Unique Tubular Heel

This pair of black velvet boots is by Forever brand. They have a round toe and a unique tubular shaped heel. The boot itself is 6.5" tall and the heel is an additional 4.25" tall. They zip up the inner calf and the shaft is soft and unstructured. They are in very good pre-loved condition with no scuffs on the toe.
