Dark blue sapphire CZ gold fashion ring

Beautiful lab created synthetic sapphire ring with multiple blue cz adorning the sides. Center stone just sparkles! Gold color band. Manufacturer stated yellow gold filled but there isn’t a stamp. I believe it may be plated rather than fill. Size 9. Brand new! Has one spot inside the band with uneven finishing, as shown in photos.
