Neon green velvet stretchy disco flares

Neon green *my favorite color* and buy when I went to San Francisco for my first time and I ended up at this awesome store with so many dope outfits and this was something I loved so much I had to buy it. Sadly I don’t fit in it and as someone who is a small.. it’s a large. I just feel like it fits more of a small atleast but it is stretchy :) mint condition and hard to let go but best offer since it’s one of a kind ! Tagged under another brand for exposure but it’s from a boutique in SF :)
