freepeople @courtc50 Hi there! Unfortunately all of our items are shipped from our DC location, so we do not have them on hand to take measurements. I know from personal experience that these run true/small - given they stretch with wear. A size 31 is equivalent to a size 11/12 US. Hope this helps!
