@poshdoodler Hi , you slide it on yes . It is elastic . I make my women bracelets 7 inch and a quarter . Fits best 6 to 7 inch wrist . If you need differemt size lmk . I can adjust any in the shop

I love this bracelet and want to purchase now but need to see if you can increase size just a bit !
I know 8 inch is too big but 7 1/2
