Boho Kariza dress skirt cape top wrap O/S

This is the most versatile item IF you know what you’re doing...I don’t. Thanks @leandrack 4 telling me what it’s called Wear as wrap,cape,skirt,dress or anything you can think up.Made in India.Poly/hand wash. In new condition-I bought it w/tags on, but took off & didn’t wear it to festival after all. Great with espadrilles... 37” from edge of long tie to fabric edge.120” from one tie end to other tie end. Hole is at 27” from 1 side and 24” from the other Flowy.Instructions probably online
