These wide leg pants are a lined chiffon type material—very flowy. Elastic waist is smooth in front. Unstretched the waist measures about 19” and stretches to approximately 23”. Inseam is 32”. Beautiful black, blue and white pattern. I’m reposhing as the inseam is way too long for me. In excellent condition.
